Mobile Service Call Fee - $249

  • Includes dispatch, scheduling, travel within the primary service zone, vehicle and equipment costs, and the first 30 minutes of diagnostic time.

      • On-Site Labor Rate - $240/hour

      • Extended Travel (Beyond 25 Miles)
      • Travel time billed at $120/hour after the first 30 minutes
      • This structure ensures customers receive certified dealership-level service at their location, with clear, upfront pricing.

Service Area Structure

  • Zone 1: 0-25 Miles (Primary Area)

    • $249 Service Call Fee
    • Standard scheduling

  • Zone 2: 2-50 Miles

    • Service Call Fee plus additional travel time
    • Limited daily availability

  • Zone 3: 51-75 Miles

    • Travel billed round-trip
    • Subject to technician availability
    • May require minimum approved labor amount
